Overview

As a Multi-Trader, you’ll work on a variety of projects across commercial, education, leisure, heritage, and industrial sectors. The work will be diverse, covering both internal and external refurbishment.

Preferred Skills and Experience

While this is a Multi-Trader position, it would be advantageous if you also have experience in:

• Carpentry (mainly 2nd fix, some 1st fix).
• Partitioning (metal and timber stud, systems such as Komfort/Tenon).
• Ceiling fixing (suspended grid, MF, Burgess).
• General building (groundworks, drainage, brickwork, alterations).
• Decorating (all aspects of commercial work).
