GET STAFFED ONLINE RECRUITMENT LIMITED is seeking a Multi Trade Operative to join a facilities management team in the East Midlands and Yorkshire. You will handle repairs across joinery, plumbing, tiling and painting in hospitality and social housing settings.

The role requires现场based work from our Nottingham client site, with travel across regions. A full UK driving licence and strong organisational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Joinery must be the core trade with skills in at least one secondary area (plumbing, tiling, painting or groundworks).
• Able to work productively and meet strict deadlines.
• High standards of workmanship with strong attention to detail.
• Professional and polite with clients and team members.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to join a shared on-call rota (approx. one week in three).

Responsibilities

• Fixing and repairing building issues quickly and safely.
• Carry out day-to-day repairs across multiple trades.
• Plan routine safety checks and planned maintenance to prevent problems.
• Use a company phone to receive jobs, log progress and parts used.
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area and communicate progress to occupants.
