Job description

Are you a Multi Trade Joiner based in or near Hull looking to earn £34,067.00 per year? Do you have a clean driving licence?

Please note, you may be required to work further afield as the contract demands. All travel times will be considered as part of working hours.

Your Role:

Repair, renew, and fit roofing trusses for traditional, hips, and valleys. Repair, renew, and fit soffit fascia and barge boards. Repair, renew, and fit ceiling and floor joists, stairs, studding, partition walls, T and G or sheet flooring. Repair, renew, and fit doors and door casing, skirting, handrails, balustrades, pipe boards, and ducting panelling. Repair, renew, and fit kitchen units, work tops, and decorative finishes. Repair, replace, and fit ironmongery to doors and windows. Repair, renew timber and UPVC window frames. Reglaze timber fencing and gates. As a multi trade operative, you will be capable of complete works in other construction trades including plumbing, patching, plastering, and wall and floor tiling.

What We Need from You:

Must have time served or completed a recognised Apprenticeship and qualification (NVQ L2/L3). Experience working as a Multi Trade Joiner/Plumber/Plasterer, including the installation of wet rooms and disabled adaptations. Competent in all aspects of the Joiner and/or Plumbing trade discipline. Plastering trade discipline (desirable). Ability to carry out multi skill trades, with core joinery or plumbing experience working within a social housing environment (desirable). A driving licence is essential. Skilled workers will hold a CSCS card, have asbestos awareness, and possess their own tools.
