We are recruiting multiple full-time Multi Trade Operatives to join our Trades team on a permanent basis.
You will ensure properties are repaired and maintained to high standards and will be responsible for carrying out repairs, improvements, surveys, and measurements efficiently and economically, following current working practices and all health and safety legislation.
By working professionally, respectfully, and courteously, you will deliver excellent customer service, meet objectives, and demonstrate desired behaviors.
Please note that successful candidates will require a DBS check. Further details will be provided after an offer is made.
You must be qualified to City & Guilds or NVQ2 level in Building Maintenance, Multi Trade repair, and refurbishment operations, or have equivalent trade experience. Experience in the social housing sector is advantageous.
You must hold a Full UK Driver's License, as travel to multiple locations weekly will be required—transport will be provided.
You will undertake various routine and planned domestic maintenance repairs, including trades such as Plumbing, Carpentry, Joinery, Painting/Decorating, Plastering, Wall and Floor Tiling, and Roofing.
It is essential to ensure the safe and proper use of all mechanical and non-mechanical equipment under your control.
You should be able to plan, prioritize, and manage your workload to meet deadlines and be comfortable using hand-held electronic devices.
Note: Evidence of required certificates and qualifications must be provided before employment commencement. Without this, employment cannot proceed.
