Job summary

Zeal Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Multi-trade CIS to work across the Midlands region, covering Sandwell and Dudley on domestic void and occupied properties. The role involves plastering, carpentry and joinery, tiling kitchens and bathrooms, with hours 07:30–16:30 and a 40-hour+ week.

You will need your own van and tools, PPE and CSCS Card. This is an ongoing temporary position offering a highly competitive rate and a chance to work with a respected domestic contractor.

Qualifications

• Experience in domestic void and occupied property work.

Responsibilities

• Carry out plastering, carpentry and joinery on domestic properties.
• Tile kitchens and bathrooms as needed.

Zeal Recruitment have been appointed to help a successful domestic building contractor recruit for a Multi-trade to work within the Midlands region. The client is seeking a multi trader to work on domestic void and occupied properties. This is an ongoing role with duties consisting on plastering works, carpentry and joinery and tiling kitchens and bathrooms.

Working hours will vary from 07:30 – 16:30.
