Job summary

Zeal Recruitment have been appointed to help a successful domestic building contractor recruit for a Multi-trade to work within the Midlands region. The client is seeking a multi trader to work on domestic void and occupied properties. This role covers plastering, carpentry and joinery and tiling kitchens and bathrooms.

Working hours will vary, with a standard 07:30 - 16:30 shift and 40 hours+ per week. The candidate must have their own van and tools, PPE and a CSCS card to operate on site.

Qualifications

• CSCS card required for site access and compliance.
• Experience across plastering, carpentry, joinery and tiling in domestic settings.
• Able to work on void and occupied properties with a basic van and tools.

Responsibilities

• Carry out plastering, carpentry, joinery and tiling in domestic void and occupied properties.
• Work to required standards and safety guidelines, using own van and tools.
• Maintain PPE and CSCS compliance and report progress to supervisor.
