Working for a social housing provider, you would be working alongside Multi Traders and Kitchen & Bathroom fitters inside occupied properties. The contract spans Eastbourne, Seaford, Hailsham, Tunbridge Wells, & Medway, but you would have a local patch.

Day to Day duties of Multi Trader:

1. Basic Repairs and Maintenance of Occupied Properties
2. Kitchen & Bathroom fitting

Working Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

1. Experience as a Carpenter, Plumber, Plasterer, Kitchen Fitter, Bathroom Fitter, or Multi Trader
2. Driving License
3. Ability to work at a fast pace to a high quality
