Job summary

Thompsons Solicitors in Bristol is seeking a Newly Qualified Lawyer to join the Multi-Track Accidents team on a full-time basis. You will support a varied caseload and progress your own files through the lifecycle of multi-track personal injury claims, with structured supervision as responsibilities grow.

The role offers development in a collaborative, high-performing team, exposure to both intermediate and issued matters, and a supportive environment with clear progression paths.

Qualifications

• Experience fee-earning in personal injury or similar litigation.
• Solid understanding of the litigation process.
• Experience in fast track or intermediate track claims advantageous.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Professional, empathetic client care is essential.
• Solicitor qualification desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support multi-track personal injury matters while progressing own files.
• Work under structured supervision as responsibilities increase.
• Gain exposure to the full lifecycle of complex claims from instruction to settlement.
• Collaborate with a Birmingham-based team in a fast-paced environment.
