Crew Clothing is seeking an Area Manager for East Anglia. You will oversee daily store operations, drive sales, and lead recruitment and development of Store teams. The role involves implementing strategic plans, ensuring high service standards and consistent visual merchandising across stores.

You will manage multiple stores, deputise for Heads of Retail when needed, and champion Crew Clothing values while delivering strong commercial results.

Qualifications

• Track record of driving £1m+ turnover while controlling costs.
• Strong sales discipline and ability to benchmark performance.
• Excellent communication and leadership to recruit and develop store teams.
• High standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.

Responsabilités

• Implement a strategic plan to improve performance across multiple retail stores.
• Review each store P&L and take actions to improve results.
• Lead staffing, scheduling and recruitment across stores.
• Ensure brand visual standards are upheld and store operations run smoothly.
• Drive customer service excellence and local marketing engagement.
