Freedom Leisure is hiring Casual Multi-Sports Coaches to plan, deliver and supervise coaching sessions for children and young people across our centres. You will mentor fellow coaches and ensure activities are safe, inclusive, and well-documented.

We provide training and support, with a focus on CPD and ongoing personal development. The role offers flexible, casual hours and opportunities to grow within a supportive charity-driven leisure network in England and Wales.

Qualifications

• Plan, prepare and deliver high quality multi-sports coaching sessions.
• Supervise and coach multi-sports and other activities to children and young people.
• Ensure sessions are suitably planned and developed for all participants, including those with additional needs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver high quality multi-sports coaching sessions.
• Supervise and coach multi-sports and other sports to children and young people.
• Ensure coaching sessions are suitably planned and developed for all people including young children and those with specific needs.
• Mentor other coaches and provide guidance in activity planning and delivery.
• Ensure all sessions are safe and follow health and safety policies.
• Maintain detailed records of attendees.
• Commit to continuous professional development (CPD) relevant to the post.
