What You'll Be Doing

Engage and inspire: Deliver informative and interactive lessons to students.

Hands-on learning: Guide students through real-world construction scenarios and training.

Shape future professionals: Create a positive and supportive learning environment.

Industry expertise: Share practical insights and best practices from the field.

What We're Looking For

Level 3 qualification in a construction trade (e.g. Brickwork, Carpentry, or similar).

Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check-safety is a priority.

Passion for teaching and a desire to make a real impact on students' careers.

Strong, hands-on industry experience across multiple trades.

Willingness to pursue a teaching or assessing qualification within two years (support and training provided).
