Job summary

Valeo Foods UK is seeking a proactive Multi Skilled Operative in Wallingford to keep stock records accurate and ensure deliveries are loaded and unloaded safely. You will help supply materials to production and keep the warehouse organized.

You will work with minimal supervision, hit KPI targets, and support the recycling programme while upholding food safety and health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Reach truck or forklift license is advantageous.
• Knowledge of warehouse processes and stock control.
• Understanding of health and safety guidelines.
• Interest in progression toward supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Help achieve KPI targets.
• Loading and unloading of supplies and finished goods.
• Distribute ingredients and materials from warehouse to factory.
• Unload and receipt of ingredients and materials to site.
• Stock taking and inventory control.
• Involvement in the company’s recycling programme.
• Keep the warehouse environment clean and tidy.
• Adhere to health and safety standards at all times.
• Comply with food safety, quality and legality standards.
