Multi-Skilled Trades Person

Ongoing Temporary Assignment

Field Based – Staffordshire

Monday – Friday 08.00 – 16.30

Up to £20 per hour DOE

Our client is looking for a multi-skilled trades person to support their ongoing client's social housing projects with testing and certifying duties. An experienced multi-trade tradesperson is required to carry out refurbishment works in social housing properties.


  1. Working/travelling in teams (where occasional lone working, company vehicle will be provided)
  2. Contribute towards the delivery of repairs and maintenance service
  3. Delivering repairs and maintenance services to the highest standards
  4. Responsible for doing manual work requiring high physical fitness and strength to construct structures or buildings
  5. Perform physical and manual work
  6. Carry out all aspects of general maintenance work including general repairs, maintenance and refurbishment
  7. DIY - Joinery/carpentry such as skirting boards, basic plumbing and electrical, plastering, tiling, painting and decorating
  8. Working to H&S legislation
