Job summary

Fairhive Homes Limited is offering an Apprenticeship for a Multi Skilled Apprentice in Aylesbury, UK. This role combines hands-on trade work with learning toward a Level 3 qualification, supported by mentors and experienced colleagues to develop practical skills.

You will gain experience across trades while delivering repairs and maintenance in residents' homes, learning diagnosis, safe working practices and strong customer service throughout your apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Assist with responsive repairs while learning across trades.
• Assist with planned maintenance tasks.
• Assist with void property works.
• Learn to carry out repairs safely and to a high standard.
• Work across multiple trade disciplines to gain experience.
• Diagnose issues and contribute to repairs.
• Deliver excellent customer service in residents' homes.
• Develop skills in basic carpentry repairs and installations.
• Develop skills in plumbing maintenance and repairs.
• Develop skills in plastering and patch repairs.
• Develop skills in decorating and property improvements.
• Learn wall and floor tiling and general building maintenance.
• Understand health and safety best practice in the workplace.
• Organise materials, equipment and workloads effectively.
