FMG Repair Services Limited in Mitcham is seeking a Multiskilled Technician to join our busy workshop, handling panel repair and related tasks. The role includes Strip & Fit duties and covering Mobile Technician responsibilities when others are unavailable, supporting insurance partners.

You will work with a team of technicians, benefit from uncapped bonus schemes and a competitive package, and contribute to a high-volume repair operation.

Qualifications

• Qualified Panel Technician, Panel Beater or Bodyshop Repair Technician with Strip & Fit experience.
• Willing to cover Mobile Technician duties during leave.
• Experience working with insurance partners and vehicle repair workflows.

Salary: in excess of £60,000 per annum - Basic up to £24 per hour dependent upon experience + uncappped time saved bonus & exceptional company benefits

If you are a qualified Panel Technician, Panel Beater, Bodyshop Repair Technician and looking for the next step in your career, we would love to hear from you! The emphasis on skills required for this particular position would ideally be an experienced Panel Beater with Strip & Fit experience. In addition we would require you to cover our Mobile Technician when on leave.

The workshop in Mitcham works mainly for our insurance contractual partners and our sister companies, Northgate Vehicle Hire and Auxillis. With a team of other technicians, you will be supported by an additional colleagues allowing you to do what you do best. With a stream of work to the site you will have great potential bonus earnings.
