FMG Repair Services’ Southampton workshop is recruiting a Multiskilled Technician to repair vehicles across MET, Panel and Paint, completing work from start to finish with high-quality workmanship.

You’ll earn a competitive salary in the £45k–£50k range with uncapped monthly bonus, 23 days’ holiday, and a suite of wellbeing and financial benefits for our growing team.

Qualifications

• Ability to repair across MET, Panel and Paint disciplines.
• Independently complete full repairs to a high standard.
• Deliver high-quality workmanship with strong attention to detail.
• ATA/NVQ accreditation is desirable but not essential.

As a Multiskilled Technician, you’ll be capable of carrying out repairs of vehicles across all disciplines – MET, Panel, and Paint – completing work from start to finish. You’ll take pride in delivering high-quality results, ensuring vehicles are restored to their pre‑accident condition with precision and care.

About You

• Has proven ability across MET, Panel, and Paint disciplines
• Can work independently, completing full repairs to a high standard
• Delivers excellent workmanship with strong attention to detail
• Thrives in a fast‑paced, team‑focused workshop environment
• Holds relevant qualifications/accreditations (ATA/NVQ) - desirable but not essential
