A prominent housing and support organization in Birmingham is seeking a skilled Technician to enhance repairs and maintenance services for both void and occupied properties. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient and effective completion of all maintenance jobs while maintaining a professional image. Responsibilities include planning workloads, attending repair appointments, and providing out-of-hours emergency services. This role requires a commitment to customer service and the ability to work autonomously, alongside essential skills in property management legislation.
We are looking for a skilled Technician with expertise in two areas to join our team and provide enhanced repairs and maintenance services to both voids and day-to-day repairs. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all repairs and maintenance jobs, whether to occupied or void properties, are carried out within their specific trade or area of competence.
