We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Multi-Skilled Team Leader in Northampton.
Are you an experienced team leader who has managed multiple sites? We're keen to hear from you even if you don't have a facilities management background.
This role is based on-site although you will need to hold a UK driving licence to travel to your assigned schools (company car included).
The standard hours of work are 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday. You will be required to be on call one week in every 5.
The Northampton Schools account encompasses 43 schools, comprising a mixture of primary and secondary institutions. The successful candidate will lead a team of approximately 50 members, with 8 direct reports. We are seeking a candidate with extensive experience in people management, client relationship management, and health & safety management.
