Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London seeks a hands-on Site Supervisor to join on permanent basis, overseeing two sites in the Stoke and Chester areas. You will supervise trades and sub-contractors, ensure works align with schedule and budget, and maintain strict health and safety standards on site.

Mandatory SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates are required, along with Level 3 or 4 Site Supervision qualification and a proven career history. A car allowance and pension benefits are included.

Qualifications

• SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates.
• Proven experience delivering refurbishment schemes, ideally with roofing exposure.
• Level 3 or 4 Site Supervision qualification.
• A stable and progressive career history must be evident on your CV.

Responsibilities

• Supervise tradesmen and sub-contractors to ensure work is completed to a high standard of quality.
• Ensure the programme of works is completed within agreed timescales and budget.
• Maintain mandatory health‑and‑safety standards and foster a positive H&S attitude within the team.
• Conduct site inductions, mandatory awareness courses (RAMs) and monitor use of PPE.
• Order materials and manage on-site consumption.

Job Profile

We are seeking a hands‑on Site Supervisor to join our team on a permanent basis on two sites in the Stoke and Chester areas. Daily tasks will involve door undercuts, trickle‑vent blocking, drilling core holes, and other self‑propelled site work.

• Supervise tradesmen and sub‑contractors to ensure work is completed to a high standard of quality.
• Ensure the programme of works is completed within agreed timescales and budget.
• Maintain mandatory health‑and‑safety standards and foster a positive H&S attitude within the team.

Salary & Benefits
