Job summary

A recruitment agency seeks a Multi Skilled Static Engineer (Electrical Bias) in Manchester. Job description

PPM Recruitment are recruiting for a Multi Skilled Static Engineer (Electrical Bias) in Manchester.

You will be responsible for assisting in the operative, repair and maintenance within a commercial building.

Duties include not exclusive to:

* Emergency lighting
* L8 water monitoring
* AHU Servicing and maintenance
* Fan coil service and maintenance
* Pump servicing
* Minor electrical works
* Basic plumbing including taps, syphons, flush valves, waste pipework
* Statutory PPMs in line with SFG20

Experience/Skills:

* Experience in related roles
* Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment
* Understanding of basic plumbing or HVAC systems
* Experience with BEMS systems
* Must be able to read schematic drawings

Qualifications:

* 18th Edition of IEE wiring
* Recognised apprenticeships preferred
* Posses a recognised trade
