Job Description:

Multi-Skilled Shift Maintenance Engineer (internally known as Progressive Maintenance Shift Engineer)

This role is based on-site at Hellaby, involving shift patterns including 44 weeks of the year with a 3-shift rotation and 8 weeks of 24/7 shift rotation, supporting operations at KP Snacks.

The engineer will provide essential technical support to reduce downtime through proactive and reactive maintenance, using lean tools and continuous improvement methodologies. The role includes coaching team members in maintenance practices and supporting technical growth.
