Navigator Tissue UK Ltd is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to respond promptly to equipment failures, deliver the PPM schedule, and ensure statutory inspections are completed on time. You will diagnose faults, perform repairs, and implement root-cause analyses to prevent recurrence in a fast-paced tissue manufacturing setting.
The role requires PLC knowledge, monitoring of HMI controls, and a solid grasp of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, including familiarity with 17th/18th Edition
Formación
- Experience working in a fast-paced factory environment.
- Knowledge of PLC and monitoring HMI controls.
- Good understanding of mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Familiar with 17th/18th Edition electrical regulations.
Responsabilidades
- Respond promptly to equipment failure notifications in line with Health & Safety procedures.
- Deliver and coordinate Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) with Engineering Supervisor.
- Complete all statutory inspections within required timeframes.
- Perform effective breakdown repairs and conduct Root Cause Analysis for corrective actions.
- Record remediation actions and progress for continual improvement.
