About the role: You will provide effective, efficient, customer-focused maintenance services, ensuring plant and equipment are maintained safely and in compliance with statutory regulations. You will work across our three campuses, undertaking routine and reactive maintenance to our mechanical and electrical infrastructure, including boilers, water and air handling systems, and LV distribution systems. You will respond to issues with fire alarms, intruder alarms, and lifts, liaising with external specialists as needed. Managing your workload and communicating with staff and contractors effectively will be essential. To qualify, you must possess the relevant qualifications listed in the Person Specification.
