Job summary

Build Recruitment are recruiting a Multi Skilled Engineer for a leading Housing Association, covering Cambridgeshire and the East of England. You will perform responsive and planned repairs across occupied and void properties, engaging across trades from plumbing to joinery and tiling.

Ideal candidates hold an NVQ Level 2 in Building Maintenance, CSCS Blue Skilled Worker card, and a full UK driving licence, with a focus on safety, customer service, and timely completion of tasks in a social

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 Building Maintenance Operative (or equivalent).
• CSCS Blue Skilled Workers Card.
• Sound knowledge of Health & Safety practices.
• Experience working in both occupied and void properties.
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for completing repairs on time, first time.

Responsibilities

• Carry out responsive and planned repairs to occupied and void properties.
• Work across trades including minor plumbing, joinery, tiling & flooring, kitchen and bathroom fitting.
• Use handheld device for tasks (full training provided).
• Deliver high-quality service in a social housing setting, completing tasks efficiently and safely.
