Job summary

Eastern Education Group is seeking a motivated Multi Skilled Programme Tutor to mentor, coach and assess apprentices across the East of England. You will work one-to-one with learners in their workplace to prepare for End Point Assessment and collaborate with employers and colleagues to develop their skills, knowledge and behaviours.

Travel will be required across the region. Experience in Property Maintenance is essential, with a passion for mentoring others and a strong, clear communicator who

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience in Property Maintenance.
• Ability to mentor and develop others.
• Willingness to travel across the East of England.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor and assess a caseload of Apprentices to meet competencies.
• Work one-to-one with apprentices in their workplace to prepare for End Point Assessment.
• Collaborate with employers and colleagues to develop each apprentice's skills, knowledge and behaviours.
• Travel across the East of England as required.

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable professional to join our team as a Multi Skilled Programme Tutor. This is a highly rewarding role where no two days are the same. You'll enjoy the flexibility of managing your own diary, working with diverse individuals, and travelling across the East of England. In this role, you will coach, mentor, and assess a caseload of Apprentices to ensure they meet the necessary competencies, working closely with them on a one-to-one basis in their workplace to prepare for End Point Assessment. You will also collaborate with employers and colleagues to support the development of each Apprentice's skills, knowledge, and behaviours. We have courses available across several sectors including Plumbing and Domestic Heating, Carpentry, Electrical Installation and Bricklaying and Groundworks. A minimum of three years' experience in Property Maintenance is essential. The ideal candidate will be passionate about mentoring and developing others, a strong communicator, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. You should also be confident in managing your own workload and travel schedule. While a teaching/tutoring experience is desirable, it's not essential - we value your industry background and enthusiasm for training the next generation.
