Job description

Multi Skilled Plumber with Gas

Location: Ashington (base location)

Contract: Permanent - Full time

Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Salary: £38,224.30 per annum, OTE circa £43,000 per annum (including standby payments)

Closing Date: 5pm on Wednesday 21st May 2025

About the role:

1. Work as part of a team responsible for delivering property maintenance services to tenants, in line with Bernicia’s and industry standards.
2. Perform installation, responsive maintenance, and servicing of gas appliances, demonstrating relevant experience.

About you:

You should possess:

1. Experience in delivering multi-skilled activities, complying with building regulations and health & safety standards.
2. NVQ/City & Guilds certificate in plumbing or equivalent.
3. ACS Accredited gas certification qualifications.
4. A proactive attitude and enthusiasm for the role.
5. Flexibility to work outside usual hours for emergency repairs.
6. A full UK driving licence.
