Are you a Multi Skilled Plumber looking for a position in Ellesmere Port and surrounding areas? We can offer you a competitive salary of £32,985.00 per year, with up to £4k OTE!

Please note, you may be required to work further afield as the contract demands. All travel times will be considered as part of working hours

Your Role
Repair/ replace external cold-water gutter and drainage systems. Install, repair/ replace hot & cold-water supplies, including baths, showers and toilets and waste systems. Locate and repair hot and cold-water bursts. Excavate ground to repair external cold-water supplies & draining systems. Clear blocked drains and toilets. Trace, diagnose & identify faults on hot & cold-water systems
What We Need From you
Must have served a recognised Apprenticeship and qualification (NVQ L2/L3).Competent in all aspects of plumbing trade discipline and with experience of maintenance work on domestic properties, ideally Social Housing. Experience in patch plastering and joinery. Multi trade skilled operative and capable of complete works in other construction trade. Demonstrated ability to work with own initiative and deal with problems encountered. A current driving license is essential. Skilled workers will hold a CSCS Card, have asbestos awareness and their own tools.
