Multi Skilled Plasterer (Damp & Mould)
Location of our two Offices
: High Wycombe, Chesham
Location of Properties: travel across Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire & surrounding areas.
Salary: £39,968 + Excellent Benefits
Contract Type: Full time, Permanent (42.5 hours per week, 08:00 – 17:30 Mon – Friday)

We're looking for a skilled and dedicated Plasterer to join our newly formed Awaab's Law team at Paradigm Housing Group. This is more than just a plastering role, it's a chance to be part of a vital initiative improving the quality and safety of our homes, ensuring tenants live in environments free from damp and mould.

As part of our response to Awaab's Law, you'll play a key role in delivering high quality plastering work that directly supports our mission to provide safe, well maintained homes. You'll work closely with our Property Services team and tenants, carrying out repairs and improvements with care, professionalism, and a commitment to first time fixes.

What you'll be doing:

Carrying out plastering repairs and maintenance to a high standard across our housing stock

Supporting the Awaab's Law team in tackling damp and mould issues through effective plastering solutions

Working independently and as part of a team to deliver timely, safe, and customer focused repairs

Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

Occasionally mentoring apprentices or junior team members

What you'll bring:

NVQ or City and Guilds in Plastering or equivalent experience

Proven experience in maintenance and repair work

Strong understanding of building regulations and health and safety practices

A full UK driving licence

Excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer service

Ability to carry out minor additional maintenance tasks alongside plastering
