Job summary

Your Housing Group is seeking a Multi Skilled Plasterer to join the Repairs and Maintenance team in Manchester. You will travel within your region to carry out plastering repairs on empty homes and tenanted properties, ensuring high quality workmanship and customer service.

Ideal candidates hold NVQ Level 3 Trade Qualification and a valid UK driving licence; key duties include patching, skimming, boarding and rendering. The role offers progression and a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence (ideally no more than 6 points).
• NVQ Level 3 Trade Qualification or equivalent.
• Experience in patching, skimming, boarding, 2 coat plaster work, rendering, coving and insulation.

Responsibilities

• Provide a quality plastering repairs service to customers at designated properties.
• Travel to properties within the regional area to undertake plastering repairs.
• Complete plastering work with due regard to quality, productivity and safety.
