Job summary

Trouw Nutrition is seeking a proactive Production Operator to contribute to safe, efficient production in our Compton site. You will follow production schedules, record information accurately, and maintain high safety and quality standards.

Candidates should be FLT trained with prior production experience, strong health & safety awareness, and the ability to work well in a team under pressure. A can-do mindset and good communication are essential.

Qualifications

• FLT trained and eligible to operate in a production environment.
• Experience working in a production setting with adherence to safety standards.
• Ability to demonstrate strong quality focus and attention to detail.
• Flexible, proactive, and able to work in a team.
• Capable of prioritising tasks under pressure and meeting targets.
• Strong communication and IT skills for reporting and data entry.
