Williams Lea Group Limited is seeking a Multi Skilled Operator to join the team on-site in Birmingham. The role covers office operations, mail distribution, stock control, reception duties and general administrative tasks. The role of Multi Skilled Operative is a key position in Williams Lea reporting to the Office Manager. This role manages the daily operational and administrative operations of the department including establishing work priorities, ordering stock, client facing responsibilities, first line audio/visual triage, Mail distribution, Reception cover, general administrative tasks. Based fully onsite, this role also offers usage of office gym facilities, upon induction completion.
