Job description

Multi-skilled Operative (Nights) - Flint

Contract: Permanent, 40 hours per week.

Rate of pay: £15.50 per hour

Shift pattern: Sunday to Thursday 10pm to 6am with 2 x 20-minute paid breaks.

About the Role

Due to continued growth, we are now looking for two Multi-Skilled Operatives to join our busy team, based in Flint. Working to The Navigator Company (formerly Accrol Group) principles and values, you will ensure safety remains the number one priority through your actions and behaviours.

You will play a key role in manufacturing our products and will make sure our customers are at the heart of everything we do. In the role, you will be responsible for the operation of designated converting line equipment, including Rewinder, Wrapper, Reel stand, and metal weight checker. You will follow strict quality and productivity requirements and ensure product safety and legality are followed through all stages of production.

Our goal is to supply world-class customer service, and so our operatives must work efficiently and have a proactive and motivated approach. The role is part of a structured pay scale, so there are opportunities to progress and receive further training and development to help achieve your personal goals.

About You

You should have a desire to deliver high-quality standards with a real “can do” attitude and enjoy a team working environment. You will be confident working independently with the ability to contribute constructively to continuous improvement ideas.
