Cheltenham Borough Council offers a Property Maintenance Apprenticeship (Level 2) where you’ll learn carpentry, bricklaying and roofing under guidance of skilled tradespeople in domestic properties. You will spend one day weekly at Gloucestershire College and complete practical assignments with a mentor.
Working Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm, the 1 year 9 month programme leads to an apprenticeship qualification and potential future opportunities within local government maintenance teams.
