Antac is recruiting for Multi Skilled Operatives to perform maintenance and refurbishment work on MoD Housing properties across Larkhill, Tidworth and Bulford. The role suits candidates with carpentry or plumbing background, and welcomes roofing/plastering experience.

You will carry out planned/reactive maintenance, contribute to quality checks, and support external repairs, with a company vehicle, uniform, pension and ongoing training provided.

Qualifikationen

• Previous multi trade experience.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Own hand tools.
• Ability to pass security clearance.

We are looking for Multi Skilled Operatives to join our team on a full time, permanent basis. You will be responsible for carrying out maintenance and refurbishment projects on MoD Housing properties across Larkhill, Tidworth and Bulford. We are ideally looking for someone with carpentry or plumbing experience however, if you have experience with roofing, plastering and more we’d like to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities (but Not Limited To)

• Planned and reactive maintenance tasks
• Quality and compliance checks
• Upgrading bathrooms and kitchens
• Assisting with general refurbishment and repair works
• External repairs including fencing and groundworks

What are we looking for?

• Previous multi trade experience
