Job Title: Multi Skilled Operative (251004)

Description: Working across properties in Essex and Harlow, this permanent, full-time role offers 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday) with on-call duties on a rota basis.

Salary and Benefits: £34,853 per annum, including a van, on-call allowance, and benefits such as a Health Cash Plan.

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Multi Skilled Trades Operative to join our repairs and maintenance team. You will perform high-quality maintenance work across responsive and void properties, ensuring first-time fixes and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete all allocated jobs right first time, adopting a whole job repair approach.
• Utilize skills across trades such as joinery, carpentry, plastering, tiling, brickwork, groundwork, or basic plumbing.
• Deliver high-quality and compliant work.
• Work across properties in Essex and Harlow, with scheduled jobs to ensure clarity of daily tasks.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in multiple building trades.
• Flexible approach, able to use initiative and judgment.
• Full valid driving license, as a company van will be provided.

Additional Details: Must pass a Basic DBS check (paid for by us). The role involves working Monday to Friday, with participation in an out-of-hours rota on a generous on-call basis. The office base is in Welwyn Garden City.
