• Good knowledge of site safety and safe working practices.
• Ability to work both independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance tasks in line with agreed schedules.
• Carry out inspections and minor works independently.
• Perform fabric and small civil repairs including plastering and painting.
• Manage site stock levels and coordinate deliveries.
• Support waste management and general site upkeep.

Your Role at Dalkia:

We're looking for a Multi-Skilled Operative who thrives in a technical environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality, reliable maintenance services.

You will be part of a close-knit team responsible for delivering both planned and reactive maintenance across the UKAEA site. From fabric repairs and civil works to technical inspections and stock management, your work will directly support the smooth, safe, and energy-efficient operation of this critical site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete maintenance tasks in line with agreed schedules, meeting both Dalkia and client standards.
• Carry out inspections and minor works independently or as part of the wider maintenance team.
• Perform a variety of fabric and small civil repairs including plastering, tiling, roof patching, painting, and minor brickwork.
• Manage site stock levels and coordinate local deliveries.
• Support waste management and general site upkeep.
• Work safely at height and comply with all Health & Safety and Environmental policies.
• Contribute to a positive safety culture and continuous improvement initiatives.
