Job summary

Exxon Mobil is seeking highly skilled Welders, Pipefitters, Boilermakers and Riggers to join our Metal Trades Team at the Fawley Site Operations. The roles demand strong safety standards, teamwork, and flexibility to support multiple trades and extended hours.

Ideal candidates will have craft/technical apprenticeships, petrochemical experience with equipment such as heat exchangers and reactors, and the ability to interpret engineering drawings.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship in Welding, Boilermaking or Rigging.
• Codes and qualifications including ISO 9606-1 for TIG/MMA.
• Experience with petrochemical equipment such as heat exchangers, towers, pipework, boilers, furnaces, vessels and reactors.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Proven leadership and teamwork skills; willing to step up to lead a team when required.
• Willingness to learn additional trade skills and become a multi-skilled technician.
