Responsibilities

Overview

Duration: 10 months with potential to go on longer. Shifts: Day. Hours: Monday to Saturday 10 hour days. PAYE Pay Rates: Blue Book Grade 5: 80p Hourly bonus.

The Role

• Integrate Engineering Resources are currently recruiting for Platers on behalf of our client for a refinery maintenance project in Fawley. Duties will include:
• Working from drawings and cutting, bending and threading carbon and stainless pipework and valves
• Cutting, threading, and bending carbon and stainless steel pipework
• Assembling and installing piping systems, including fittings, valves, and supports
• Testing piping systems for leaks using pressure gauges and other testing equipment
• Repairing or replacing damaged pipes, valves, or fittings
• Following all health and safety policies

Requirements

• CCNSG card
• Previous experience in the heavy engineering industry; Power, O&G, Petrochemical, Renewables etc.
