Job Title: Multiskilled Mechanical Engineer

Location: Sedgefield, UK

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Salary: Competitive, up to GBP38,000 per annum

This is more than just routine maintenance; it's an opportunity to be the go-to expert for our site. You will take ownership of our mechanical systems, from HVAC to plumbing, handling both planned maintenance and reactive repairs. The role includes general building upkeep, ensuring no two days are the same. You will use modern digital tools to work efficiently and be a key point of contact on-site.

Key Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Additional skills/experience in electrical, plumbing, or building fabric maintenance
  • Proven experience in a similar role within a Facilities Management or building services environment
