Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative
West Yorkshire Region (Leeds & Halifax)
Full-Time | 37.5 Hours per Week
£32,000 per annum
Keep Our Services Safe. Operational. Ready For Recovery.

Are you a hands-on maintenance professional who enjoys variety, solving problems, and taking pride in a job well done?

Do you have experience across a range of maintenance disciplines and enjoy working independently while making a genuine difference to people's daily lives?

If so, we'd love to hear from you.

We're looking for a proactive and skilled Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative to support our services across Leeds and Halifax, ensuring our buildings remain safe, compliant, well-maintained and welcoming environments for the people we support, our colleagues and visitors.

No two days will be the same. One day you might be carrying out planned preventative maintenance, the next responding to a repair, supporting a refurbishment project, or assisting with compliance checks across one of our services.

About Our Services

You'll be supporting a portfolio of specialist mental health rehabilitation and supported living services across West Yorkshire.

Millcroft House, Leeds

A modern, purpose-built residential rehabilitation service supporting men with complex and enduring mental health needs. Millcroft provides a safe, structured environment focused on recovery, independence and successful transition from hospital-based care into the community.

Park Place, Leeds

A purpose-built supported living development comprising 11 fully furnished apartments. Residents benefit from high-quality accommodation alongside 24-hour support designed to promote independence, wellbeing and community living.

Fernside House, Leeds

A specialist residential service supporting men with complex mental health needs within a psychologically informed and therapeutic environment. The service provides structured, recovery-focused support as part of Active Pathways' step-up and step-down pathway model.

Heathy House, Halifax

A modern residential rehabilitation service supporting men transitioning from specialist wards and acute hospital settings towards more independent community living. The service focuses on recovery, resilience and independence through personalised support and structured recovery planning.

The Opportunity

As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our environments remain safe, comfortable and fully operational.

You'll work closely with operational teams across our services, helping maintain the high standards expected within specialist healthcare environments.

Your work will directly contribute to the wellbeing of the people we support by creating environments where recovery can flourish.
