Role Details and Key responsibilities:

As a Multi-skilled Maintenance apprentice, you will follow a structured programme and carry out training tasks required to attain a full multi-skilled Maintenance apprenticeship in Mechanical and Electrical engineering.

You will work with and learn from multi-skilled maintenance engineers, analyze, and fault find mechanical and electrical breakdowns to quickly return assets to service.

You will carry out PPM schedules, complete work requests, support project work, and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintenance work is planned through the company's CMMS system.

You will be involved with and support project work that introduces the latest industry technology into Caterpillar.

Throughout the 42-month programme, you will undertake extensive on-the-job and college training, including academic qualifications to a minimum HNC level.

Note: The criteria for the position may be enhanced depending on application volume.
