Brief overview of the role

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Whittlesey site as Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineering Apprentices. This is a fantastic opportunity with yearly salary increases to develop into a fully skilled engineer at one of the UK’s leading building material manufacturers.

Start date: 13th May 2025

Working week

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Duration: 48 months

Additional start date: 1st September 2025

Locations

Accrington, Desford, Hams Hall, Measham, Newbury & Whittlesey

The Role includes but is not limited to:
  • Ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the plant by applying skills learned during training
  • Performing preventative maintenance daily and installing new equipment as required
  • Responding to fault reports and acting accordingly
