We have fantastic opportunities for Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineers in the Sleaford area with a salary higher than industry average plus generous overtime payments with a high OTE.

Shift Pattern:

Key Responsibilities:

•Carry out a range of preventative and reactive maintenance tasks on-site

•Work in a team of 32 engineers on a 4 ON / 4 OFF shift pattern

•Utilize your electrical and mechanical skills, with good working knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and PLCs

•Apply fault-finding techniques and support improvements in machinery performance

What We’re Looking For:

•Multi Skilled Engineer with mechanical and electrical expertise

•Strong fault-finding skills and a solid understanding of pneumatics, hydraulics, and PLCs

•Experience in an FMCG/food manufacturing environment preferred, though full training is provided for suitably qualified candidates
