Shifts: 4-on / 4-off (2Days & 2Nights Rotation)

A well-established, high-performing industrial manufacturer in Flintshire is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their experienced engineering team. This is a key position in a modern, fast-moving facility where engineering excellence supports continuous production and innovation.

You ll play an essential role in maintaining and improving critical plant machinery and production systems, ensuring safe and efficient operations across a wide range of automated and mechanical processes. Ideal for engineers who thrive in a structured environment where your technical expertise and problem-solving skills make a genuine impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance across a variety of heavy production and plant equipment

  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues to reduce downtime and support continuous improvement

  • Undertake root cause analysis, propose long-term solutions, and support modifications and upgrades

  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure plant reliability and performance

  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow all site safety and compliance protocols

  • Contribute to an environment of safety, efficiency, and teamwork

What We re Looking For:
  • Time-served Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or engineering environment

  • Strong understanding of both mechanical and electrical systems Either Bias.

  • Comfortable working with motors, drives, gearboxes, pneumatics, and industrial electrical systems

  • Confident reading technical drawings and following structured maintenance procedures

  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is essential

  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-focused mindset
