Job summary

Stafforce Recruitment is seeking a multi-skilled maintenance engineer for a leading UK manufacturing site. The role involves maintaining production equipment, executing line changeovers, and ensuring calibration and maintenance schedules are met in line with CMMS and GMP requirements.

You will identify faults, perform timely resolutions, and coordinate with the production team to align maintenance activities with production priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical and mechanical engineering with relevant qualifications or time served.
• Strong fault-finding and issue resolution abilities.
• Familiarity with CMMS maintenance systems and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Execute line changeovers and setups to meet production schedules.
• Identify faults and implement timely resolutions.
• Ensure maintenance/calibration schedules meet CMMS requirements and certification.
• Maintain GMP compliance in all work areas and follow SOPs.
• Own technical problems and escalate only when needed to Engineering Manager.
• Coordinate with production to align maintenance with priorities.
