Job summary

Manpower UK Ltd is recruiting a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer for a factory in Ballymena. You will perform planned, preventive and reactive maintenance across production equipment and site services, diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults to minimise downtime.

You will support installation and upgrades, maintain engineering documentation, and drive continuous improvement across processes while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing/production engineering
• Knowledge of health & safety and engineering best practices
• Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned maintenance, predictive and reactive maintenance
• Diagnose and repair faults to minimise downtime
• Support installation, commissioning, refurbishment and upgrades
• Work across electrical and mechanical disciplines
• Drive continuous improvement for reliability, efficiency and quality
• Maintain CMMS records and asset performance tracking
• Perform safety checks and statutory inspections
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors
• Update engineering drawings and schematics
• Participate in projects to improve plant design and processes
• Ensure Health & Safety, Food Safety and Environmental standards
