Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd is seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a busy manufacturing site in Gloucestershire. You will maintain electrical and mechanical systems, respond to breakdowns, and carry out planned preventive maintenance within a collaborative team.

Shift: Double Days. Ideal candidates will have hands-on industrial maintenance experience, read electrical drawings, and fault-find PLCs.

Qualifications

• Multi-skilled maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Experience with planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a fast-paced factory.
• Ability to fault-find electrical and mechanical faults.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance and fault-finding on site machinery.
• Respond to breakdowns and execute planned preventive maintenance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across site equipment.
