Join us for the Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) role at Agrial.
We have an exciting opportunity for an electrically biased multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Agrial Fresh Produce in Wigan. The primary responsibility is to ensure safe and reliable equipment operation for manufacturing, through a combination of hands-on skills, equipment knowledge, performance analysis, and strong communication.
Our engineers maintain a range of machinery across our factory to supply salads to the UK market. Working in small teams on planned and reactive maintenance, you will perform cyclical maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and carry out on-site repairs. The ideal candidate will be electrically biased or possess strong skills in both electrical and mechanical engineering. Experience with refrigeration, chlorine, or compressed air, and understanding of food safety are advantageous.
Pay: £51,000 per annum
Working hours: Continental Shift - 4 On/4 Off: 7am-7pm/7pm-7am, 2 days/2 nights per shift block.
