Job summary

Hunter Selection Ltd. on behalf of a long-standing FMCG client in Winsford is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer for a double-days shift.

You will be responsible for both electrical and mechanical infrastructure of high-speed manufacturing machines, performing preventative and reactive maintenance. The role involves supporting new line installation and commissioning, following maintenance schedules, and ensuring reliability.

Qualifications

• Time served apprenticeship or ONC in Engineering.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience following a maintenance schedule and carrying out reactive work.
• Comfortable with electrical and mechanical infrastructure.
• Knowledge of PLC controlled machinery; IOSH qualifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain electrical and mechanical infrastructure on high-speed manufacturing machines.
• Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance and fault finding.
• Assist with new line installation and commissioning of equipment.

One of Hunter's long standing FMCG clients is looking to strengthen their Maintenance Team with Multi-skilled team members. In this role you will be responsible for the electrical and mechanical infrastructure of high speed manufacturing machines. Your role will be to carry out preventative and reactive maintenance, support with new line installation and commissioning of equipment.

Requirements

• Time served apprenticeship, ONC or equivelant qualification in Engineering
• Experience within a manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated experience following a maintenance schedule and carrying out reactive work
• Comfortable with both electrical and mechanical infrastructure
• Knowledge of PLC controlled machinery and any IOSH qualifications are desirable
