Are you a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer from a manufacturing background or similar looking for a stable position that can offer 4 On 4 Off morning/afternoon shift patterns, giving you a great work-life balance?

On offer is the opportunity to join an exciting and growing company in the agricultural industry. Established over 50 years ago they manufacture modern and unique equipment to distribute in the sector.

They are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join their strong and close-knit team of 400 employees in the UK to maintain their current workflow and expand in the future.

This role involves majority routine preventative maintenance and some reactive maintenance on manufacturing equipment such as pneumatics, gearboxes and automated machinery. The hours are contracted to 40 hours per week, 4 On 4 Off shifts for 06:00-16:00 and 12:00-22:00 on alternate weeks with no overtime.

This position would suit a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer looking to join a business that will offer great work-life balance through a 4 On 4 Off shift pattern and value your technical growth through fully funded electrical courses.
